21 New Launches from Sig at Sig NEXT

Begining in 2024 Sig realized there was less competition for attention, better control of attendance, and a deeper story to be told by launching new products at their own invite-only event where attendees get quality time with new products rather than a simple walk-by at a show booth. GBGuns attended NEXT in 2024 and it was an impressive event including factory tours, range time, and well-curated presentations.

For NEXT 2026 21 new products have been announced so far. Below is an introduction to some that I find particularly interesting. You can explore them all yourself HERE. As we've come to expect from Sig, MSRPs are not listed for firearm.

The Sig P385 Platform is a new modular fire control unit that does not appear to be the rumored "365 size that accepts 320 magazines". From what I've read it looks to possibly be an evolution of or possible replacement for the P320 family of handguns. At launch there are five P385 models listed: Compact, Carry, Comp, Full, and Mach-3D. As you'll see in the feature list, the P385 offers features previously not seen on P320s or P365s.

Another highlight is a model of the P211 that I think we all expected, and Anna and I described when we reviewed the P211 GT4 RXSL. The P211 GT4 is a wonderful pistol, but 42oz is a bit heavy for carry. The new P211 Carry is the same gun, but with an aluminum frame instead of steel, and polymer grips instead of aluminum; dropping the total weight to 33.1oz w/ magazine. That puts the P211 Carry more in line with other double stack 1911s.
