Wilson Combat Introduces Bulwark Pistol

Not long after a "leak", Wilson Combat has officially announced the Bulwark. Originally seen in a copy of American Rifleman, there is now public information about this pistol. I know from my time working for major publishers that sometimes a company sends information in advance with a proposed release date, then changes that date without informing those in the know about the change. I do not fault American Rifleman for the initial publishing.

What we know and can assume:

• Internal hammer-fired design

• Supposed to be compatible with many G19-pattern holsters

• Straight rearward trigger pull

• Although a chassis system, the trigger remains part of the grip which likely means aftermarket grips will either not be made available or will be incredibly expensive.

• Some talking-head influencer will likely call it a "low bore axis". It's a Browning tilting barrel action in 9mm: the barrel is likely no higher or lower than any other gun using that system.
