Changes for Tisas and SDS Arms

The press release shared below announces the separation of Tisas and SDS Arms. In the decade+ that I've been shooting Tisas firearms I've seen them move from importer to importer so this is not terribly shocking aside from how much support SDS Arms has given the brand. GBGuns viewers and readers were familiar with Tisas before SDS Arms, but outside of niche circles the Tisas brand was not well known until SDS Arms' efforts. The exciting news is that this frees SDS Arms to find other manufacturers, and we know they have good taste, and once Tisas Arms Corps is standing on its own two feet should mean we still get to enjoy Tisas.
I suspect we will see more foreign companies doing similar repositioning in order to have a US entity and possibly reduce tariffs or importation restrictions by doing osme of the manufacturing in the US like we've seen Derya do.

SDS Arms announces that our exclusive agreement to import and distribute firearms manufactured by TÄ°SAÅž Trabzon Silah Sanayi in the United States has concluded. As a result, future importation, sales, distribution, and customer support for Tisas-manufactured products will be managed by the new U.S. importer, Tisas Arms Corp.
